An immunotherapy for grass allergies has been approved by the FDA for use in patients age 5 to 65. Merck’s drug, Grastek, is a sublingual tablet that has been available in the European market since 2006. It is an extract of Timothy Grass, the most common grass allergen in North America, and shows to be a promising particularly in the pediatric population. What are your expectations in terms of popularity of this agent when it comes to market?
